- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I swear everyone at Rock Cut Is incompetent. Called today to schedule my daughter for her school physical. Upon calling the attendant tells me that all the doctors are 100% full. I reply with so they're full forever? Means I can never get an appointment for a physical there completely 100% full until the end of time? The lady responds with that's not what I meant and I respond with well that's what you said? I say wgats the earliest date you have out she replies with 10 a.m. on August 29th and I say well let's schedule that appointment for my daughter I'll take that one thank you very much. She says okay I'll set that up for you I say in a sarcastic tone of voice see it wasn't that hard now was it I honestly hate dealing with all these people at OSF Rock Cut every time I go there I have an even worse experience with somebody who isn't knowledgeable and unhelpfulOctober 08, 2017by kristoffer rodriguez
